The village of Entraygues-sur-Truyère is located in the north of the department of Aveyron (Midi-Pyrénées).

Next to Auvergne, it will offer you a mix of little mountains, beautiful valleys and splendid landscapes

It has probably been founded in the medium of the 13th century, undoubtedly at the same time as the castle built by Henri II, Count de Rodez, between 1278 and 1290.

By 1357, the walls of the village were strengthened

with 13 towers connected to remparts (vestiges), the whole surrounded by ditches.

The borough preserved medieval's lanes,

and of old half-timbered houses at the edge of water.
